Our Associates

A graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Juanita Veenstra joined Bush Rudnicki Shelton in May of 2025. As a law student, she interned with the American Civil Liberties Union in New York and Washington, and assisted with research for appellate matters, including those before the Texas and U.S. Supreme Court. Academically, she focused on honing her legal research and writing skills, serving as Executive Editor of The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice.

 

San Juanita handles a number of cases representing residential construction contractors and land developers with issues involving construction defect and warranty claims, deceptive trade act matters, and real estate transactions.

 

San Juanita Veenstra is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
