Jake Robinson is a partner of the firm and practices law in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

 

Mr. Robinson has dedicated his practice to servicing a variety of clientele both in the trial and arbitration of disputes, focusing primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, construction, landlord-tenant, HOA matters and business disputes.

 

In addition, Mr. Robinson also focuses his practice on representing clientele in transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating complex real estate and development transactions, construction contracts, purchase/sale agreements, deeds, warranties and leases.
