James W. Rudnicki

As a shareholder of Bush Rudnicki Shelton, P.C., I exclusively represent residential construction contractors and land developers in challenges related to construction defect claims, contract negotiation, document drafting, real-property transactions, water code violations, and regulatory oversight.

My representative clients include many of the largest, production builders in Texas in all major markets as well as numerous regional builders and custom builders.  I aggressively defend construction defect claims in an effort to resolve them efficiently and favorably where possible, and to arbitrate or try them when needed.

Timidity is the enemy of a favorable resolution.

With any profession or trade, experience matters.  I have arbitrated or tried more than 50 cases to verdict, primarily construction defect claims.
