As a 1998 graduate of Texas Tech School of Law, Diana Alcala´ has a broad scope of expertise with legal representation and corporate matters associated with the real estate industry. She represents a number of residential construction contractors, land developers and design professionals with issues involving construction defect and warranty claims, water code violations, regulatory oversight, contract negotiations and property transactions.

She represents a number of home building, construction and real estate companies in the Southwest.
