A graduate of Baylor Law School, Enrique Rojas joined Bush Rudnicki Shelton in 2022 after 5 years of litigating insurance cases on both Plaintiffs and Defense.

 

Enrique began his legal career volunteering at immigration and veteran’s clinics getting awards at Baylor Law School for his volunteer work.  

 

He continued the immigration focus after graduating with his Juris Doctorate, but soon shifted his focus to civil litigation, with time spent in and personal injury and insurance defense firms across Houston, Corpus Christi, and San Antonio. Enrique’s experience includes a heavy motion practice, extensive depositions experience, and trials for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

 

Since starting to represent builders at Bush Rudnicki Shelton, Enrique has helped limit liabilities for custom builders and had forced frivolous claims brought against builders thrown out.​
